FiveTwo believes your church already has what it needs to grow. The challenge isn’t desire; it’s direction. Too many leaders feel alone, tired, or overwhelmed by all the demands of leading a congregation. Too many churches get stuck dreaming but not doing. We walk with churches like yours to uncover what’s already there and help bring it to life. Through our Strategic Growth Process, we help you clarify your vision, rally your leaders, and launch ministries that reflect your unique calling. It’s not a one-size-fits-all plan. It’s a Spirit-led journey designed to help your people flourish, and your community experience the Gospel in action.
Free LiveGenerous Campaign. Churches who sign with us by September 15 will receive a year-end LiveGenerous campaign culminating in a one-Sunday offering in-gathering. The package includes 5 sermons, emails, video script, and weekly cohort during the campaign for troubleshooting and encouragement. We have seen this historically result in the largest one-Sunday offering the congregation has received.

Harvest Partnership is a Spirit-led movement of Jesus’s disciples investing spiritual, relational, intellectual, physical, and financial capital to multiply disciples and expand God’s kingdom. www.harvestpartnership.church
What does this mean? Everything talked about, planned, and undertaken has at its core the goal to reach people who are disconnected from Christ. The Harvest Partnership is not a program, it is an attitude. Guided by the Missio Dei in which all disciples are called to spread the good news of the Gospel into the world, we are partners who have high accountability and low control with each other. Our shared values and priorities allow us to have trust and open-handed generosity with each other.

The Kairos Network exists to help ministry leaders, churches, and networks equip everyday Christians to live as everyday missionaries. We believe the future of disciple-making won’t be built through better programs, but by developing ordinary believers who naturally make disciples where they live, work, learn, and play. Through practical training cohorts, church planter training, free and premium digital resources, coaching, and church partnerships, we provide simple, reproducible tools that help leaders cultivate a culture of disciple-making, develop leaders, and multiply healthy churches in their own context. Our mission is simple: to share the unchanging Gospel in an ever-changing world by equipping people to make disciples where they live, work, learn, and play.
Free Micro-Group Launch Lab. We are giving away a free 4-Week leadership incubator to help your church build a disciple-making culture. Every church wants to make disciples. The challenge isn’t convincing people it’s important. It’s creating a simple, practical pathway that helps everyday Christians live it out. Micro-Groups Launch Lab is designed to help make that vision a reality. Sponsored by the GO Network and facilitated by The Kairos Network, this four-week leadership incubator equips pastors and key ministry leaders with a proven framework for launching simple, reproducible micro-groups that multiply disciples throughout their church. LINC (Leaders in every Community) equips indigenous, local leaders to launch Gospel-motivated ventures, churches, businesses, and nonprofits, in urban and under-resourced communities across the country. I’ve spent time encouraging believers to shift how they see the people already around them, their neighbors, coworkers, and friends. Instead of feeling pressure to “do more,” I help them slow down, pay attention, and begin to notice where God is already at work. Through conversations, lifegroups, and discipleship relationships, I’ve helped people grow more confident in loving others well and sharing their faith in natural, relational ways. Through listening and asking questions that lead to discovering and discerning the next faithful step to take and trusting God along the way.

City Lights www.citylightsdfw.com is a network of churches in the DFW area committed to planting Lutheran churches and communities in under-resourced communities that are predominantly African-American and Latino.
As part of the call to church planting, we are committed to community regeneration and leadership development work as well. We are focusing our community development efforts in childhood literacy and music education. We use the talent of local, undiscovered artists to share the joy of grace each week, and to use their talent as a way out of the poverty cycle.
Our church planting model is explicitly low-overhead, using Lutheran-trained worker priests (lay and clergy) to lead our worshipping communities and spearhead our efforts.

Glocal Mission, www.GlocalMission.org, exists to equip the Church to reach the nations at our own doorstep and beyond. A distinctive aspect of Glocal Mission is our emphasis on assessment, action, and accountability. We offer congregational mission-readiness assessments, practical outreach and disciple-making training, leadership development, church planting, and ongoing discipleship and leadership cohorts, available both free of charge and through affordable, fee-based training programs. These regional cohorts provide biblical instruction, coaching, peer encouragement, and practical tools that help believers and churches faithfully apply what they learn in everyday ministry.
Over the past 10 years, one of our greatest joys has been witnessing nearly 700 baptisms and seeing hundreds of pastors, church leaders, and churches, along with thousands of believers, equipped to become faithful disciple-makers who are multiplying the Gospel.
A Free Congregational Discipleship Check-Up & Ministry Assessment. The first 25 churches or ministry leaders who respond will receive a free Congregational Discipleship Check-Up & Ministry Assessment, along with a selection of practical resources. In addition, pastors and ministry leaders are invited to participate in a FREE Regional DiscipleMaking Cohort, where they will receive practical biblical training, coaching, encouragement, and reproducible tools for building healthy disciple-making cultures.

For more than 37 years, I have served in cross-cultural mission, church planting, evangelism, disciple-making, and leadership development in Latin America, the United States, and globally. Through Glocal Mission, I have focused especially on helping churches move from the Great Omission to the Great Commission by developing reproducible pathways that equip ordinary believers to live on mission, make disciples who make disciples, develop new leaders, and launch new ministries and churches. Our emphasis is not simply on adding programs, but on developing a missionary and disciple-making culture in which people move from consumers to contributors to leaders, and ultimately become disciple-makers who make disciple-makers, leading to the multiplication of new leaders, ministries, and churches, following the pattern of 2 Timothy 2:2.

City Lights, which I helped start in 2020, is a ground-up, organic evangelism and church planting organization. Our model is to use the gifts and hearts of everyday believers (in our case, mostly laypeople) to gather unconnected people and disciple them to new or deeper faith. We have started one church (ART Church - Dallas) and planted several ministries (InterSession, a new mentorship ministry most recently) using this model. We believe that all believers share the task of mission.

Building leaders who raise up other leaders, bringing clarity when a team’s mission has blurred, and helping people work through conflict rather than around it, that is the heart of my work. I have done it across church, corporate, and academic settings: as an executive director in church work, as VP of Leadership Transformation for the Greater Houston YMCA, and now as leader of the Executive Coaching and Consulting program at Concordia University Irvine’s Townsend Institute.

“Living and sharing the Life that is truly Life” is my mission. Coaching is one natural way I get to do that. I have coached church planters and missional leaders since 2010, helping them to identify and accomplish God’s calling for them, while coming alongside with hope and joy along their journey. My 20 years of service as a district denominational mission leader have given me experiences and joys which keep me learning and growing and gives me insights to challenge and help others grow.

I have spent more than 15 years planting churches, leading congregations, developing leaders, and equipping everyday believers to live on mission. As Founder and Director of The Kairos Network, I help churches and ministry leaders develop simple, reproducible disciple-making processes that equip people to connect disconnected people to a growing and reproducing relationship with Jesus, where they live, work, learn, and play.

I can help you identify a specific mission and vision for the long haul of ministry within a local congregation. Without it, “drifting” into doing whatever the new and coolest thing is can be a real struggle. Over the years I have also developed a basic discipleship continuum which attempts to meet people where they are and help them grow as disciples of Jesus. As a result, our church is actively involved in planting other churches, from working with a network, to planter development, to “preparing the ground” for future church plants. We want to plant churches that plant churches.

I have served as a DCE in both traditional parishes as well as in a new church plant. I have walked with ministries through seasons of grief, growth, and everything in between. One of my primary passions is to help individuals or organizations cut through ambiguity and use precise language to define their mission & vision. “Words create worlds.” The words we use to communicate the vision will shape the way we lead others (and ourselves).

I have served as a leader in Multiethnic and Intercultural ministries for over 15 years. In this time my primary focus has been helping churches better serve their communities by starting new Word and Sacrament ministries that reach new people groups. I have also been active in helping to identify and train local ministry leaders from a variety of cultural contexts and backgrounds. My ministry passion is that we don’t necessarily need to go overseas to make disciples as the nations are coming to us.

I have served as a church planter and pastor helping develop South Lake Church from a small group of families into a congregation focused on equipping baptized believers to live on mission in their everyday relationships. I have also worked with church planters and ministry leaders through Harvest Partnership and other collaborative networks, especially around mission clarity, developing leaders, high accountability with low control, and helping ministries identify and take their next faithful step.

Sometimes the greatest help a practitioner needs is someone willing to walk alongside him or her. I’m Mauricio Franco, and I’ve been involved in ministry since 1995, serving in a variety of ministries, backgrounds, and settings. Along the way, I’ve learned through both successes and mistakes, and I hope those experiences can help you take your ministry to the next level. I believe the Go Network can supplement and strengthen what you are already doing, connecting people, ideas, and resources to help ministries faithfully engage our current culture and prepare for the future.
