I have had the honor of helping many leaders and ministries do the following: 1) clarify and simplify what the mission of Jesus is and how to participate in it, 2) disciple their people to join Jesus on that mission as a daily lifestyle, and 3) align their ministry’s culture to champion and multiply that lifestyle among their people for the sake of the community. I would enjoy talking with you about how Jesus is messing with you, too.

I have spent more than three decades helping leaders and organizations discover clarity, navigate change, and move toward what’s possible. I serve as a pastor, executive coach, organizational clarity consultant, and, since 2006, a Lead Navigator with Auxano, where I have had the privilege of serving on the leadership team. Through Auxano, I have helped churches cut through complexity, unite around shared vision, and gain the clarity needed to faithfully pursue their God-given mission. I am passionate about helping leaders flourish, churches thrive, and the Gospel move into new places.

Dwelling 1:14
Dwelling 1:14 helps people join Jesus on His mission as everyday missionaries. We come alongside congregational leaders to help them answer three questions: 1) What is the mission of God according to God? 2) What does it look like for our people to participate in accomplishing His mission as a daily lifestyle? 3) How can our church consistently prepare our people for this lifestyle?
The Dwelling 1:14 training process has three steps. 1) We help you prepare your congregation for missional training with the book, “Joining Jesus on His Mission.” People are inspired, motivated, and ready. 2) We come to your congregation for a “Joining Jesus Training Weekend,” and equip your people with clarity and a personal plan for living as everyday missionaries. 3) We then provide ongoing encouragement and coaching via monthly Navigation Zooms as people implement their plans in daily life.
Dwelling 1:14 also offers Clarity Retreats for congregational leaders. The retreat results in leaders having clarity and a plan for how to implement a missional discipleship process in the congregation.

Glocal
Glocal Mission, www.GlocalMission.org, exists to equip the Church to reach the nations at our own doorstep and beyond. A distinctive aspect of Glocal Mission is our emphasis on assessment, action, and accountability. We offer congregational mission-readiness assessments, practical outreach and disciple-making training, leadership development, church planting, and ongoing discipleship and leadership cohorts, available both free of charge and through affordable, fee-based training programs. These regional cohorts provide biblical instruction, coaching, peer encouragement, and practical tools that help believers and churches faithfully apply what they learn in everyday ministry.
Over the past 10 years, one of our greatest joys has been witnessing nearly 700 baptisms and seeing hundreds of pastors, church leaders, and churches, along with thousands of believers, equipped to become faithful disciple-makers who are multiplying the Gospel.
Offer for Go Network participants
A Free Congregational Discipleship Check-Up & Ministry Assessment. The first 25 churches or ministry leaders who respond will receive a free Congregational Discipleship Check-Up & Ministry Assessment, along with a selection of practical resources. Multipli
Multipli empowers everyday Christians to share the gospel naturally, wherever God has placed them. Sharing the good news can be a normal part of life for every Christian, something that grows out of real relationships and real moments. Most people aren’t looking for perfect answers; they just need someone willing to be present, to listen, to care, and to point them to Jesus with humility. Multipli encourages everyday Christians to pay attention to the people God has already placed in their lives, and equips them to take that next faithful step with courage.

Amy Meyer
I’ve spent time encouraging believers to shift how they see the people already around them, their neighbors, coworkers, and friends. Instead of feeling pressure to “do more,” I help them slow down, pay attention, and begin to notice where God is already at work. Through conversations, lifegroups, and discipleship relationships, I’ve helped people grow more confident in loving others well and sharing their faith in natural, relational ways. Through listening and asking questions that lead to discovering and discerning the next faithful step to take and trusting God along the way.

Evangelist Training Ministry
The Evangelist Training Ministry equips everyday Christians to share the Gospel and form faith communities in everyday places. Using the biblical pattern of Jesus meeting people at the well (John 4), the training helps participants recognize the “wells” in their own lives where Christ is already at work and to engage others relationally there. The process is intentional and confessionally Lutheran, grounded in Holy Scripture and the Small Catechism, forming Christians to speak the Gospel clearly, care for people faithfully, and connect them to the life of the Church through Word and Sacrament. The focus is not on programs, but on participating in what God is already doing as He creates and sustains faith through His Word.
Although the ministry originates in the Texas District, it is open to everyone.

Kairos Network
The Kairos Network exists to help ministry leaders, churches, and networks equip everyday Christians to live as everyday missionaries. We believe the future of disciple-making won’t be built through better programs, but by developing ordinary believers who naturally make disciples where they live, work, learn, and play. Through practical training cohorts, church planter training, free and premium digital resources, coaching, and church partnerships, we provide simple, reproducible tools that help leaders cultivate a culture of disciple-making, develop leaders, and multiply healthy churches in their own context. Our mission is simple: to share the unchanging Gospel in an ever-changing world by equipping people to make disciples where they live, work, learn, and play.

David Kim
For more than 37 years, I have served in cross-cultural mission, church planting, evangelism, disciple-making, and leadership development in Latin America, the United States, and globally. Through Glocal Mission, I have focused especially on helping churches move from the Great Omission to the Great Commission by developing reproducible pathways that equip ordinary believers to live on mission, make disciples who make disciples, develop new leaders, and launch new ministries and churches. Our emphasis is not simply on adding programs, but on developing a missionary and disciple-making culture in which people move from consumers to contributors to leaders, and ultimately become disciple-makers who make disciple-makers, leading to the multiplication of new leaders, ministries, and churches, following the pattern of 2 Timothy 2:2.

City Lights, which I helped start in 2020, is a ground-up, organic evangelism and church planting organization. Our model is to use the gifts and hearts of everyday believers (in our case, mostly laypeople) to gather unconnected people and disciple them to new or deeper faith. We have started one church (ART Church - Dallas) and planted several ministries (InterSession, a new mentorship ministry most recently) using this model. We believe that all believers share the task of mission.

Every church is a contextual expression of the great commandment (love God, love others) and the great commission (make disciples). At Lazarus Church we have contextualized these callings in this way: we strive to be disciples inviting people to walk with us as we walk with Jesus through the rhythms of mission, discipleship, and leadership. We have identified seven Scripture-based and data-supported spiritual habits or rhythms which describe the way we walk with Jesus. And as we participate in them we are always open to the people the Holy Spirit will lead us to invite into those rhythms with us. Everything we do at Lazarus is filtered through this mission.

I try to be open and available for what some would call “the small stuff.” I call it touching folks with grace. Sometimes a kind word, a helping hand, a listening ear leads to a relationship. And I believe sharing one’s faith works most naturally in relationships. Even when the “small stuff” doesn’t lead to relationship it usually has had a positive effect on someone that Jesus loves. I have had the privilege of being God’s instrument for raising up a DELTO pastor, an SMP pastor, and a DCE.
