Dwelling 1:14 helps people join Jesus on His mission as everyday missionaries. Seth Kunze

I can help you identify a specific mission and vision for the long haul of ministry within a local congregation. Without it, “drifting” into doing whatever the new and coolest thing is can be a real struggle. Over the years I have also developed a basic discipleship continuum which attempts to meet people where they are and help them grow as disciples of Jesus. As a result, our church is actively involved in planting other churches, from working with a network, to planter development, to “preparing the ground” for future church plants. At Lazarus Church we have contextualized these callings in this way: we strive to be disciples inviting people to walk with us as we walk with Jesus through the rhythms of mission, discipleship, and leadership. We have identified seven Scripture-based and data-supported spiritual habits or rhythms which describe the way we walk with Jesus.
